I have been in the commercial real estate business for more than 20
years. My experience and expertise can bring value to your
project in many ways. I treat all clients and customers fairly,

My background includes seven years of corporate real estate
during which time I concentrated on retail properties in several
Midwestern markets. I leased shopping centers and sold peripheral
properties during that time. For the past 10 years I have
been self-employed as a broker. I still work retail properties,
but have also expanded into office and industrial property.
I also play the role of developer on some projects.
My services include sales and leasing and development of
retail, office and industrial property. I also do site selection
or buyer / tenant representation for the same types of properties.
My trade area is primarily a 100 mile radius of Eau Claire,
Wisconsin, but I occasionally take specific assignments outside
that ring.
Selling businesses is a part of my commercial real estate
service. I do not solicit business opportunity listings unless
there is real estate involved.
